      Consultant Interview

      Lyon

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Lyon) in Apr 2018

      Interview

The interviews were pretty standard and not too formal. Quite relaxed. I did 3 or 4 interviews, and a few calls with the recruiter to set it all up. They were easy to reach compared to other companies.

      Interview

The interview process began with a brief introduction where I shared my background, education, and career goals. This was followed by a discussion about my resume and previous projects. Next, I answered a few technical and behavioral questions to demonstrate my knowledge, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities. I also completed a short coding or task-based exercise related to the role. At the end of the interview, I had the opportunity to ask questions about the company and the position before the interviewer explained the next steps in the hiring process.

      Interview questions [1]

Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work with our company? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Describe a challenging situation you faced and how you handled it. Why should we hire you? Tell us about a project you are proud of. How do you handle pressure and tight deadlines? Where do you see yourself in five years? How do you work in a team? Do you have any questions for us?
