Pretty straightforward Skype video interview. There was only one level, since I moved from another office. It involved both the HR Director and one of the Partners. It was professional, but not overly formal. The interview was concise, lasting less than an hour. However, this could go longer, depending on the scope. Topics discussed were on my background, industries handled, and a few technical topics.

Straightforward, all behavioral (for interns), as long as you prove you’re somewhat competent you’re fine. Nothing technical at all. You speak with 2 Senior Managers and call a hire view zoom

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and asked to schedule a phone screen interview. After talking with the recruiter, I was connected with firm leadership of the office of my choosing. I then was handed off to the recruiter of the region and scheduled interviews with the partner and manager from the office.
