Es gab insgesamt drei Gespräche mit jeweils einem Partner. Die Interviews waren angenehm, allerdings auch sehr allgemein gehalten. Es wurde wenig auf meine bisherigen Kenntnisse eingegangen. Vielmehr war es eine Werbeveranstaltung für EY.

Interview
Simple, not technical. No depth in panel. They seemed pressed for time but very keen to hire. Is not as rigorous as other consulting firms such as McKinsey. Could not easily understand what sets them apart in the market
3 rounds of interview with 2 partners in each round. All friendly people. Interviews focused on experience to date and what I was looking for. Technical questions were also thrown in.
