Interview
Easy, relaxed, and conversational with a few behavioral questions. They made it super casual and all the interviewers were friendly. Most of the time, it is just them talking and telling you about what they do day to day. This fills in the time. Make sure you have questions to ask as well and don't forget that YOU are also interviewing THEM! Come prepared, know how to answer the basics, and do some research on the firm and the interviewer beforehand.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
