Had applied though my school, gave in CV and applied online as well. From our class only 2 people got through me and another guy, we both got to the 2nd stage of telephone interview. I then was told by the school that I got through but the other guy didn't. Then had a day in the office to get my information and so on, as well as a tour. People are lovely and very friendly there!
I had to give in a lot of documents as profs, because you get paid for the 2 weeks so it's like you're an actual employee not just work experience, because I also received their newbie training.
but the process is easier than if you applied for apprenticeship for example, because this was just the work experience program through my school. I did a lot of research to prep for the interview which is probably why I stood out from he other candidates. Confidence and being engaged is also important. Also telephone interview was with 2 people.

Gespräch mit HR, Partner und Manager. Themen: Basic knowledge in accounting, audit, personal skills. Das Gespräch dauerte nicht lang (ca. 30-40 Minuten). Die Rückmeldung habe ich am nächsten Arbeitstag bekommen. Das Gespräch war nett.

Entrevista com mais de 30 pessoas no teams, em que o entrevistador passava por cada uma fazendo perguntas. Entrevistador grosseiro, inclusive conversando com uma colega de profissão que passou pelo mesmo processo, o entrevistador chegou a perguntar se ela tinha planos para engravidar, acredito que esse tipo de pergunta mostra muito da cultura da empresa.
