Interview
It was three step process, applied through referral. Initial call from HR provided a rationale for the role creation and basic questions to understand my skill set and motivation. Then Senior Manager Interview which was complete CV rip off and some basic questions like why E&Y, Tell me about yourself, motivations and goals. The final round was Director Interview which was exactly similar to Senior Manager interview but some questions around organizing and time management skills.
The case study was relatively easy. I would just recommend that you make sure you manage you're time well and read all of the background information thoroughly. Imterviewers will grill you on the case study afterwards so you should know all of the materials
The interview was held by my direct line manager and there was only one round. They asked a lot of technical questions and it was related to my role. The interviewer was friendly and polite and it was a good experience overall.
