Interview
Consultancy Role. Group case study to complete followed by Interview. The case study was about a company looking for technical consultants to stremline the business. Had to work in 2s or 3s to present to the interviewers, explaining why EY would be the best choice and how we would go about this project.
The interview was with a manager and partner. Very positive experience, made feel very comfortable. A lot of competency based questions. Know everything you can about EY and how the deparments and teams work, speak to someone who works there beforehand if you can.

It was virtual. Webcam was on. Had different type of assessments. Cognitive was a bit strange to me. Hadn’t really experienced cognitive reasoning before. Some scenarios that were asked I hadn’t been in such scenarios before.
