I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
Simple and easy. First round Hirevue, second round round face to face, super day with 3 individuals, one case interview. Straightforward, what you would expect, and they want you to succeed. That showed in the interview. Honestly easier than I expected as I prepared immensely.
Behavioural interview with focus on asking about specific experiences. Next interview would be a case interview but I wasn't accepted to the next round. Relatively generic questions, tell me about yourself, why EY, tell me about this team, definitely wanted focus on why you want to work with them specifically so do lots of company research.
