The interview process usually starts as students apply to the internship program. I did not go this route, but I'm confident my experience was similar. You'll arrive at the office and be assigned an EY employee to show you around and take you from one interview to another (yes, there are multiple interviews in the same day). You will interview with up to 4 EY employees, from Managers up to Partners.

Interview
After my cv got accepted I was offered an interview with the senior manger, It was the one and only interview. 1 on 1 and the interviewer was very friendly.
Interview process on campus at college with multiple partners that ask behavioral questions rather than technical questions. The partners and managers which interview are mostly looking to see if you're communication skills are good and if they can work with you for up to 12 hours a day or more.
