Interview
You never get a personalized feedback from their HR team. It is all automated and inconsistent, and so if any clarity is needed, you can never expect a quick response. They also tell you that you clear a screening round but never call back. The person taking interview joined 5 minutes late and was very casual the whole time.
Their internal talent aqcuisition is useless and only way you will be shortlisted is if you go via external consultant route. They will write you emails on linkedin seeking resume but they will never process it or just dump it in their ATS.

Interview
Simple, not technical. No depth in panel. They seemed pressed for time but very keen to hire. Is not as rigorous as other consulting firms such as McKinsey. Could not easily understand what sets them apart in the market
3 rounds of interview with 2 partners in each round. All friendly people. Interviews focused on experience to date and what I was looking for. Technical questions were also thrown in.
