Online assessment, if successful, two interviews with HR. Assessment covers many Accounting and Corporate Finance questions, quite challenging and requires preparation. the interview with HR is more of behavioural questions regarding motivation and job expectations.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why EY? What is special about you?
Case study - standard FDD. I had one hour to review three financial statements and answer questions about these statements. It was very commercial. A typical PE investment scenario, buy side DD case. Historical Trading, Quality of Earnings and Net Debt / Working Capital analysis.
One with 2 SM which involved a case study followed by the usual interview questions, 2nd round was with a partner which was casual and then they should decide by then if they want you. HR will follow up.
