I had met with the head of the Los Angeles office and the department head together. They were eager to learn about my background and what drew me into this particular business focus. They were both very easy to speak with and shared a great deal about their business, and the other people in the group currently.

Simple, not technical. No depth in panel. They seemed pressed for time but very keen to hire. Is not as rigorous as other consulting firms such as McKinsey. Could not easily understand what sets them apart in the market
3 rounds of interview with 2 partners in each round. All friendly people. Interviews focused on experience to date and what I was looking for. Technical questions were also thrown in.
