Interview
Just read Case in Point, it has pretty much all the information you need for the case portion of the interview. The behavioral are straightforward, times you were a leader etc
1hr group case with 4 other candidates - given around 30 minutes working time before having to present to current working consultants, 1hr individual session which was mostly behavioural questions i.e. tell me about a time etc. The session has a break in the middle too for food/drinks.
Very good process with market sizing questions as well as focus on behavioral questions with how you work on teams and how you handle conflict. Some math but not much to test logic skills
The interview process was tedious. I was late to apply and luckily was able to make a connection but after getting an interview time and preparing I was ghosted and never heard back.
