It was a very positive experience: I had 3 interviews back to back which lasted 3 hours. The first was a case study interview (on a data model and adding updates to native and web-based mobile applications), the second was a behavioral, and the third was a mix of data science and behavioral questions.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Behavioral + Case study interview. Behavioral consisted of normal questions about yourself and what you would if put in particular situations. Case study was about a company looking to integrate AI.
The interview process was really direct and to the point. However, it was also very conversational and informal. It flowed like a conversation, so be prepared. There were 2 portions, a technical and behavioral interview back to back.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2025
Interview
Very relaxed mostly behavioural questions and 1 basic technical question (what is a pointer and how does it work?) They seemed more focus on soft skills and your overall vibe if you’re easy to work with.
