Cultural fit round. Mostly wanted to assess quantitative aptitude and business acumen. The interviewer posed a lot of emphasis on prior work experience and involvement in extracurriculars as well. I received the offer a week after the interview.

Q. How would you build a knowledge center for EY in India?
Very difficult online process with spoken answers in the immediate assessment. I was not sure what the correct answer would be for these tasks and tried my best but did not get past that stage.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
The interviewer was lovely, and it was relatively relaxed with standard questions etc. However, after being told I was successful my interviewer's referral was bounced back by HR saying the job was already full. I understand big companies will have beaurocracy issues, but frustrating nonetheless.
