The interview process consisted of two rounds of behavioral interviews and one case interview conducted by mid to senior-level executives. The behavioral interviews were pretty standard but the interviewers made them pretty casual and conversational so it felt less stressful. For the case interview, my interviewer provided a lot of guidance so I could move on with the case

Question 1
How do you deal with conflicts during a group project?
1hr group case with 4 other candidates - given around 30 minutes working time before having to present to current working consultants, 1hr individual session which was mostly behavioural questions i.e. tell me about a time etc. The session has a break in the middle too for food/drinks.
Very good process with market sizing questions as well as focus on behavioral questions with how you work on teams and how you handle conflict. Some math but not much to test logic skills
The interview process was tedious. I was late to apply and luckily was able to make a connection but after getting an interview time and preparing I was ghosted and never heard back.
