Das Vorstellungsgespräch zeichnete sich nur eine offene Gesprächsführung aus. Es wurden keine Standardfragen gestellt, mehr noch schien es darum zu gehen Motivation, Überzeugung und Hintergrundwissen abzufragen. Sehr angenehm. Des Weiteren war es möglich jegliche Form von Fragestellung vorzubringen, die mit Bemühungen beantwortet wurde.

inhaltliche Fragen in Bezug auf die Ausrichtung des Internships
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.

Introduction, two questions about the financial reports, aksed the difference between key financial reports. asked if can handle overtime. Was pretty chill, nothing too difficult, recieved offer about 3 days later.
