      Advisory Risk Staff II Interview

      Jun 5, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Mar 2015

      Interview

Recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn for a pre-screen phone conversation. We spoke on the phone for about 20 minutes two days later and she asked why I would want to leave my current employer. I was told that a phone interview was to be set up in two weeks. Three weeks later, the phone interview was set up with a manager. After the phone interview, an in-office interview was scheduled for a month later. In-office interview consisted of 1:1 interviews with HR rep, senior, manager, and partner. After the interview I was told to complete a writing prompt and the national partner in charge of the group called me to talk to him for about 15 minutes. The process took about 3 months, so be patient, because HR the process is long for experienced hires.
