I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at EY (Tucson, AZ) in Mar 2015
Interview
I participated in an on-campus interview for EY's "Emerging Leaders Program", or externship program. This included submitting a resume and doing a 30 minute interview. I was invited to attend the externship in the Phoenix office and was offered an internship shortly thereafter, after having lunch with a partner from the firm.
Comprehensive interview process that rewards quick thinking and creative ideas. You will meet with many different people at different levels who will ask everything from your academic course of study to case interview questions.
