During my job application process, I underwent three different interview sessions with the company, which included two assignments. However, despite my efforts and dedication, the company failed to provide me with any feedback or follow-up communication. This experience left me feeling disappointed and unappreciated, as I had invested a significant amount of time and energy into the application process. I believe that it is important for companies to treat job applicants with respect and professionalism, regardless of whether or not they are offered a position. By doing so, they can maintain a positive reputation and foster a sense of goodwill among job seekers, who may ultimately become their customers or clients in the future.
