Applied online. Got phone interview after a week. Then got invited to the office for video conference interview by 2 hiring managers in other cities. 2 days after the interview i was offered the position. It was very efficient.

Question 1
Phone interview was basic. Tell me about yourself, why would you want to work here, salary expectation, etc. 2nd interview was mostly based on the resume. Very detailed questions on what i did, how i did at my previous jobs. Behavior interview such as how i dealt with conflict at work.

EY's interview process was professional and engaging! The panel was welcoming, and the questions were challenging yet fair. The experience was enriching, and I appreciated the opportunity to showcase my skills.
Assesment, interview, business case die ter plekke gebeuren om te zien hoe je samenwerkt met collega’s en leidersrol die je inneemt. Ook kijken hoe je denkt. Assessment vraagt ook logische redenering, niet moeilijk.

Was a great interview and the intervieew was very responsive and respectful. I really enjoyed the whole process and enjoyed the numerical and aptitude tests that had come prior to the interview
