Zu Beginn des Vorstellungsgespräches stellt sich der Interviewer vor und bittet einen etwas über sich selber zu erzählen. Es folgen spezifische Fragen zu dem Lebenslauf und eventuell einigen Modulen. Als nächstes wurden alternierend fachspezifische Fragen zur Buchhaltung gestellt und Fragen zu EY als Arbeitgeber aber auch zu bestimmten Konzepten welche bei EY verwendet werden. Abschließend wird noch kurz auf Sie persönlich und ihre Interessen eingegangen und sie müssen nennen welches der Bereich wäre den Sie am liebsten Prüfen würden und was ihre persönlichen Interessensschwerpunkte bei der Prüfung wären.

Two 30 minute behavioral interviews with senior accountants. Only two questions asked per, very conversational. Interviews were back to back. Looking for experiences that can relate to situations that might come up in the intern role.

professional interview process, technical and behavioral which was interactive. Super comfortable with the interviewer and was able to chat about professional and personal interests. Overall very cool interview and interesting interview process.
