Interviewed with 2 partners as a college senior. Both went very well and were behavioral. Genuinely seemed like they wanted to get to know me as a person aside from a potential employee
2 interviews. 1 with HR by phone. 1 with 2 directors and a senior manager over zoom call. Less than 30 minutes each. Overall relaxing. We discussed about my experience at the previous firms and all the basics.

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience
