My interview process involved 4 rounds of interviews starting with two rounds with the manager, followed by one by the senior manager and finally by the partner.
1) The manager's rounds are primarily based on the technical aspects regarding the applied role and your prior relevant experience.
2) The senior manager round generally gauges your aptitude and problem-solving skills, again technical and analytical in nature.
3) The final round with the partner revolves around assessing your soft skills and is more of a personality round.

The interviews were pretty standard and not too formal. Quite relaxed. I did 3 or 4 interviews, and a few calls with the recruiter to set it all up. They were easy to reach compared to other companies.
The interview process began with a brief introduction where I shared my background, education, and career goals. This was followed by a discussion about my resume and previous projects. Next, I answered a few technical and behavioral questions to demonstrate my knowledge, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities. I also completed a short coding or task-based exercise related to the role. At the end of the interview, I had the opportunity to ask questions about the company and the position before the interviewer explained the next steps in the hiring process.
