Relatively conversational interviews throughout. Thoughtful and insightful people. Almost felt too easy, but they understood that I was coming in at a junior position and that there would be ample training opportunities here.
The interview process had three parts. First was a behavioral conversation focused on collaboration and problem-solving. Next was a technical conversation around various tools. Finally, I spoke about my analytical approach and some projects i worked on.
Referral hire. Lengthy but streamlined interview process. Standard application with one phone screening interview and another set of interviews with partners and Senior managers.
Minimal technical questions for staff, focus was more so on fit and behavior. (E.g., what would you do in X scenario?)
