There was one interview with one person from HR which was virtual. The interview is about 30min and they focus on you as a person, your understanding of the company, why you chose the sector and your knowledge of accounting and audit principles. Its not a high pressure interview and interviewers are often friendly.

A link will be provided via email to assess the online assessment. This includes a writing test and a recorded interview with a time limit of 3 minutes. There is no physical interview.

Interviewed by a senior within audit where we discussed my motivations, why audit and the skills I could bring to the role. Very friendly and fast paced environment. Snacks and water available to grab, giving the interview more of a casual feel.
