During this Assessment Day, you will join other applicants (including from other departments) to get to know EY. The whole session takes around 3-4 hours. Where you will go through pretty general things to test your personality, communication skills and your identity in a group.. Tests: Pitching, case solving in a group (there are no right or wrong answers, it's more about how you all come together to solve something), writing assessment (one in english, other in dutch/french), for the writing assessment, make sure you are well aware of the topics of current events.. After assessment day; some people might already have HR interview pre-planned. If not, you may return home and will usually receive feedback from your recruiter/HR. If all goes well the last stage would be an interview with the HR and Manager/Senior Manager/Partner. Received offer on the same day.
