EY Staff Consultant interview questions

Interview consisted of multiple rounds. First round was behavior questions. Once you make it to super day the questions gauge how you think and work your way around problems. You have 45 minutes to answer the question and there is no right answer. It is all about your critical thinking skills

I had two phone interviews with recruiter and HR. Then I came to office and talked to Managers/Senior Manager and Partner for two days. The interview was somewhat informal and relaxing.
