The interview process is very lengthy and time-consuming. I spent around 4 hours total with multiple different interviewers. The interviewers were friendly but honestly, the total time spent was a waste of time if they aren't going to provide feedback on why they chose to go a different route. The decline letter was very generic, it is frustrating to spend that much time interviewing with a company for no honest feedback.
