EZ Texting User Experience Designer interview questions

1- Initial Call and in person interview with outside Recruiter. 2- Call with EZ Texting Recruiter. 3- At home Design Test based upon their existing product. (Ethical?, probably not.) 4- Call with UX Design Lead. 5- 4 hour, in person interview with VP of Product, UX Design Lead, Product Manager which included a white boarding challenge based on their product (Ethical?, probably not.) 6- 2 hour interview split into two sessions with VP of Marketing, UX Designer then UX Design Lead and Visual Designer/Developer.
