Responsive (so far). Applied online, received response fairly quickly for an initial phone screen. Then cognitive and personality tests. If i were fresh out of HS these would have been reasonable. As a professional with more than 20 years of management experience and a Masters, these were moderately annoying. After wasting time on the tests they then have you retake the cognitive test while they watch on Skype. Definitely a waste of everyone's time (again, unless you're straight out of HS). At this point they want another phone interview. If this company is this disrespectful of my time now, how much worse will it get if i'm foolish enough to proceed, let alone accept an offer?
