Interview
Applied online and and was asked to take a basic assessment of 50 SAT exams with a time limit of 15 minutes. After completing it, they asked for a skype interview in which I completed the exam again using webcam, and then was asked some simple questions about my resume and why I want to work for eagleview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EagleView in Jun 2018
Interview
The first step was an online "cognitive assessment" where I had 15 minutes to answer 50 questions related to pattern matching, math, and vocabulary - among other things. After that, they scheduled a video interview where I had to take the assessment AGAIN while they watched. After that, a phone interview was scheduled where I was asked standard behavioral questions and things relating to my resume. The recruiter told me that they'd get back to me with a decision in a few days, but I didn't hear back until several weeks later.
The use of a "cognitive assessment" in a hiring process is honestly insulting and a waste of everyone's time. Avoid this company if you can.
