First I have to go through a set of cognitive test that basically everyone with a college degree can nail. Second I was put on the phone with a senior data scientist and she briefly gave me an add of this company, you know, what they are doing and stuff. Next she asked me about my expectation and the whole phone interview lasts about 15 mins. Next you are onto the step where you meet the team in person. Good luck!
