They wanted me to take a test including cognitive and personality test. I tool the test and the next day I received an email regarding the test. They wanted me to take another test with my camera on, if I pass the 2nd time, there would be a phone interview. What a hiring process! That 2nd test could not happen due to lack of scheduling skills of the recruiter. He sent me an invitation when i was not available! Such a disorganized unprofessional setting!
