Hiring process is extensive and it includes UCAT test, then there was AMCAT test, then a conversation with the HR, than an interview with the US panel, then a formal HR interview

If you are a potential fit, you are emailed a link to the primary assessment which is essentially an aptitude test

First, there will be two online tests "UCAT and AMCAT" (aptitude and English).
Once you are qualified you will have an interview with HR, a few days later another technical interview with the panel. and finally HR round.
