      Marketing Director Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at EagleView

      Interview

The thing that stood out to me about the interview process was the fabulous treatment I received from HR. She was extremely helpful and always kept me up to date, even when nothing was going on (the most stressful part of the process for me was the long waiting periods with other companies when you don’t know if you’ve been ghosted or things are just moving slowly). She was very responsive to every email or call from me. She even texted me “good luck” before I met with the hiring manager. She made me feel like she was on my side and wanted to help me get the job. I never found this experience anywhere else I interviewed.

      Question 1

An aptitude test was required: once on my own then again proctored. It would have been more stressful but they provided practice materials so I knew what to expect.
