      Analyst Interview

      Interview

The interview itself didn't have hard questions, but the process of applying was a complete waste of time. I had to take multiple tests like a personality or IQ test, then a phone interview, then an in-person interview which lasted almost 2 hours. The interviewers were not friendly in any way and asked multiple red flag questions. After wasting my time with their burdensome interview process, I was rejected, and when I asked if they could provide feedback, they ghosted me.

      Interview

Application process was simple but annoying. I had to take essentially an IQ test not once, but TWICE. First time's on your own, then second time hiring manager watches you take it to make sure you didn't cheat. Then a phone interview with HR and a web call with a potential supervisor. Unfortunately my interview time got cut in half due to double-booking of meetings on their end. Very friendly though.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at EagleView (New York, NY) in Oct 2020

      Interview

3 rounds in total, with 2 of them are so-called cognitive tests, which is literally some IQ test. It has nothing to do with the job description. I guess they just want to see if candidates are idxxt or not. If you failed this round, then congratulations, no matter how good you are at your previous career, you are no worth to them. Last round is the worst, just like the others said, this is a interrogation style of interview, with no human-being interactions. They basically will read out all the questions they have on the list and no facial expressions at all (spoiler alert: expect to see some poker faces all the time). One of the supervisor wore a grim face all the time to me, which I have no idea why. Not a hard level interview but definitely something you won't feel comfortable with.
