This company is posting ghost roles on LinkedIn. They have job postings for remote Regional Account Managers and remote Inside Sales Reps. If you apply for the Regional Account Manager, your screening call will let you know that the Regional Account Manager job is actually not remote but based out of Washington state. That all reps “get their foot in the door” by starting out as Inside Sales reps and the company is just trying to recruit a “diverse” candidate pipeline. This is unethical. This is lying to your candidates and wasting their time. This is taking advantage of candidates in a bleak job market. Shame!
