My first initial interview was with
Elizabeth Balder, a recruiter from Early Medical. It was a phone interview. Afterwards, I had to take a lengthy assessment and quiz so they could get a better understanding of my personally and work background. We then spoke about my reults. During the phone interview I received such positive feedback and was told I was one of the few candidates that was selected out of literally thousands of resumes. I also had to do a second interview with another employee! Again, I was giving great feedback after the interview and was told they were impressed with my experience. Unfortunately days later I was sent an automated AI message saying I won't be moving forward with the position. It was disheartened because I was in touch with Elizabeth for few weeks while I was going through the interview process. When I reached out to ask if she could give me more feedback and criticism.. all she said was their was a high volume of candidates and I'm not moving forward. It was such a vague and short response. I was soo disappointed. Early medical is such a well known company and to be treated like a number by one of their employees is just very upsetting.
