After being contacted for a screening interview, a time was set yet I was not called on that day. When I heard back the next week, there was no acknowledgement of our prior missed call, but I rescheduled for 4:30. I was not contacted until 4:35, where I had to ask who was calling and was told they got carried away with emails. Needless to say, I wouldn't move toward the next phase even if it was offered.
