Interview
Was contacted by their friendly HR team within 24 hours of applying. Went in for a first interview a week later. Multiple members of their team met with me to discuss the different aspects of the company and asked me lots of questions about previous work, experience, etc. Took a brief programming quiz which covered a lot of the basics. Very professional interview and it gave me a really good sense of the people who work there and the work that they do. I would definetly recommend applying to EarthCam if you're thinking about it. Great company 👍🏼

Interview
Very early in my job search, I applied to EarthCam. Within an hour of applying, they called and asked if I would be able to visit their site and interview the next morning. When they asked about my skillset, I had admitted my strong suit was java and not really php or css, and the person on the phone assured me that wasnt an issue and my technical questions would then be in java. The interview then consisted of C, php, css, and sql devoid of what the person contacting me had said. At the end they said they would contact me when after the weekend, which they never did. If the person I spoke with on the phone did not sound so frantic to yes me through to an interview time, it probably would have been apparent this was not a good match for either party from the start. Overall just a strange and unprofessional experience that left me confused more than anything.
