I came in to their office and had an initial interview, I met with the HR manager who just asked me some question about my background and then handed me a javascript hand written test. The test consisted of some multiple choice questions and some write a function questions that were a bit tough considering I don't usually write out code by hand. I met with 2 other people both were senior software engineers and they asked more basic questions about my background and more technical things, while also telling me about the company. Seemed very professional and laid back. I got rejected a week later.
