I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EarthCam in Jul 2021
Interview
I absolutely loved the recruiter, she worked directly for the company. She was very informative as to the process, helpful with knowing what to expect and the hiring process did not drag on like a lot of companies are doing these days. She also gave me confidence throughout the process by letting me know that she felt my experience was a good fit and that she had a good feeling about me after our first interview. It was nice to walk into a position that I not only felt I was a good fit, but they let me know they felt the same way. I had two interviews, one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. The recruiter was there to answer any questions before my second interview. First interview was not tough, very conversational. The second interview could have been tougher if I was not prepared but I did spend some time preparing. The hiring manager is very sharp and well spoken and made me feel confident that they have impressive people within the company. I would say the only disappointing thing was that the recruiter is no longer with the company, I am not sure why. I was looking forward to always have that familiar face around as I prospered with the company. Overall a great experience.

Interview
It was fast which I like. They didn't drag it on and make you speak with so many people. I had an offer within weeks and they understood I'd be 100% remote.

Interview
I was first contacted by HR. Very lively gentleman who spoke with me extensively about my background, etc. He never mentioned that the position was selling construction sites ONLY!!!!!!!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had a skype interview after my initial phone interview. The hiring managers were only interested on how I got paid at my current job and not interested in what I did for the last 15 years. It was very unprofessional. At the end of the skype interview, they mentioned the job was selling construction sites!!!!! I was totally shocked and misled.
