The interview process at EarthCam consisted of multiple rounds. It began with a phone screen focused on background and experience, followed by a technical interview where I was asked to review and discuss JavaScript and React code.

Twenty minute interview with recruiter followed by oral assessment with one of the lead developers. Then I took a written 20 question assessment in javascript, html and css. After written assessment, I was introduced to each member of the development team for quick introductions. The interview process was quick, I was given an offer immediately after the first and only interview.
