I was being interviewed by 3 people simultaneously, they were switching between 2 HR people and another employee of the company which made it feel like an interrogation. They all basically asked the same questions just rephrased differently. One of the first things I noticed was how all of them kept bringing up and putting emphasis on company culture which raised some red flags. I was giving a "tour" of the company by one of the HR employees and didn't take me beyond 5 feet of the interview room. All the employees work side by side next to each other in a single long table with a computer set up, approx. 20-25 seats like they were students which is unusual that no one had their own space, not even a cubical. Overall, I felt uneasy during the interview process because the 3 people who interviewed me seemed like they were putting on a facade for the company and were withholding information. From what I saw, this place seems heavily micromanaged.
