The interview process at EarthCam is beyond questionable and dysfunctional. At first you will be interviewing with the position you originally applied for online and go through multiple rounds of interviews with different people in HR. They stated I was a great fit and was impressed by my background and how I carried myself. At first I believed I was a great fit for the role after going through so many Interviews for two months, to then get offered a completely different position. On top of that, they were unable to provide a brief job description when asked because it was a brand new role they opened up. Good luck with negotiating salary as they seem to be very dismissive when going into that conversation and they will not budge. Their reasoning was because it was such a brand new role that opened since the company is expanding that they do not have the full details, but they will make sure they underpay you. Please save your time and interview somewhere else.
