An EarthCam representative reached out to me via email (months after I had initially applied) with multiple grammatical errors, odd quadruple spaces, different font sizes, different text colors, and two sentences. This was the first red flag considering the first barrier to entry was filled with lackluster effort. During the actual screen/interview there was zero effort to make the interview conversational. It was clear that the rep was reading off a list of questions. It's unclear how they "screen" candidates without any follow up questions or having any questions that cover a candidate's background + skillsets. It's concerning that the rep mentioned there are 40+ job openings the talent manager would be coming in to handle AND that this job has been open for 3+ months. There are so many glaring red flags regarding this position and how they handle interviews that I can understand why it's been open for so long.
