Felt very rushed. Applied on LinkenIn on a Friday, associate level recruiter blindly sent a calendar invite for Monday. I had 15 minutes open during my workday, so I entertained it. I met with them for 15 minutes, quickly reviewed my resume. I had asked questions such as work location (said it was hybrid/flexible), but they would not answer what the comp range or budget was. They said that happens in the next step. Got a random call 5 hours later from another person in recruitment. Asked to meet the following day with a different availability. I accepted, will discuss more. Another 15 minute call, I answered about 5 questions in situational sales (pretty standard questions). I had 1 minute left but had a number of questions that I couldn't get time for. The only question I asked was for a budget range for this role. Was told that happens in the final rounds with the HR manager. There were a number of red flags, but this is a big one since most people applying for jobs/roles need to know if they are overqualified for the actual position or if they are within, lower or above market rates. Companies that do not disclose this, and ultimately force you into learning this in the final stages, are rarely worth putting time on your calendar for
