I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Earthbound Trading (Tucson, AZ) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was a fairly long interview, me and the interviewer both meshed fairly well and talked for almost 40 minutes, it went extremely well and I was hired on the spot. The interview itself was extremely laid back and felt more like talking to an old friend than anything. I feel they were trying more to get a feel for my personality since my resume showed all my experience. All in all it was a wonderful experience.
The manager was condescending and spoke badly about the other employees throughout the interview. He was kind to me, but it let me know he would eventually be condescending towards me.
A simple 15 minutes of questions, ask about sales experience and loss and prevention. Get a call back within a day or two. It was a good and immersive process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Earthbound Trading (Savannah, GA) in Sep 2020
Interview
It was a very simple Interview process, general about you questions, they have a flexible schedule, but this specific location seemed understaffed. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, I was basically hired on the spot
