The interview was relaxed, and the manager interviewing me was polite and courteous. I was asked about previous retail experience, dealing with customers in difficult situations, and being a team player. I was never asked about the company itself, why I wanted to work there, or why I thought I was a good fit. I got a lot of questions about the two chain stores I briefly worked at. There were no direct questions about the small business that I was a keyholder at. Before I could ask when to expect an offer, the manager assured me that I would hear back from her by the end of the day, whether I was chosen or not. She emphasized this twice, but nobody from Earthbound Trading ever called me back.

During the short interview with the Store Manager, which was conducted in a smooth and pleasant manner, we had the opportunity to discuss various important topics and gain valuable insights. Very fun and relaxed interview. There wasn't a whole lot of pressure to be "perfect" and it was very laid back. They got me in for an interview very quickly!
